#PeekOnGround : People from across states and age groups joined the Cockroach Janta Party's protest.

It's just about 6 am in the morning at Jantar Mantar and you can see huge crowds behind me. They've gathered for the Sansad Chalo march at 9 am. But who are these people? Several of them have come from different states. One such gentleman with me. Sir, where are you from? Ma'am, I am from Punjab. I came from Punjab. You've come only for this protest today? I've just come for this protest. What do you do otherwise? Because we want to understand who are these people who are showing up. I am an educator. We teach for defense examinations. It's a question for the children, that's why I'm here. Do you have hope that the government will listen to you guys? Because the Delhi Police is not even allowing this protest, they've declared it illegal. Do you have hope from today's protest? We'll have to listen to it. If they don't listen, we'll make them listen. Because this is a very genuine protest. Education ministers should resign. Reforms should come. Children who have committed suicide should get justice. And this is a democracy. You can't act like a king. There is a fear that people might get detained because there is no permission for protest. Aren't you afraid of this? Actually, I have come to this thought that today we are peaceful, absolutely peaceful. Now it depends on how strong the government's democracy is. How tough is their belief in the democracy. So, I... So, you are ready to get detained? No problem. You are ready for it? I know the risks, it's okay. I just have to see if it's autocracy or a democracy. I just have to see that. So the government's response will really tell people whether they still live in a fully functional democracy. They are being heard by the government, that's what they are saying. But you see, tricolours in their hand, most of these protesters have the tricolour in their hand. They have a copy of the constitution.
