Abhijit, one of the senior most journalists of our country, Mr. Sudhir Choudhary, on the national broadcaster Doordarshan, yesterday said that you are the only person who can get Sonam Mahomchuk to end his hunger strike. And nobody wants him to die, nobody wants his health to be put at risk. You are the person who can ask him that you end your hunger strike and I will sit on a hunger strike. I want to say to Sudhir Choudhary that not everybody can be controlled like the way the government controls him. Sonam Wangchuk sir is a scientist, he is an educationist, he is an adult. He cannot be controlled like a puppet the way the government controls Sudhir Chaudhary. All we can do is request Sonam sir and which we have been. But at the end of the day it's his call and we cannot just go against his call. And that is why we have to be here. And Sonam sir has specifically asked us not to sit on hunger strike because we have to manage the protests. You know that how much efforts that we have to take to manage the crowd, even to deal with the police. Every day we have to deal with the police for like 3-4 hours. We have to sit on a dharna just to get the propylene in. These are the kind of things that we have to manage. So if everybody from the CGP sits on the hunger strike, who will manage the protest?
