The Modi government has conceded to the demands of the youth. Rajnath Singh had famously said, this is not the UPA government where resignations are tendered. But the youth managed to change that. And Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has tendered his resignation from day one. The symbols have been the Tiranga, the Constitution, and that's what we are seeing here.
