ये ट्रक याद है? भाई ये जो गाड़ी देख रहे हैं आप इसमें पत्थर आए हुए हैं, इटे आए हुए हैं 28 जुलाय की सुभा करीब 8 पजे कौकरोज जंदा पाटी के संसचलो मार्च के लिए लोग जंदर मंतर पर जमा हो रहे थे तभी उन्होंने प्रोटेस्ट साइट के पास इट और पत्थरों से भरा ये डंपर ट्रक देखा प्रोटेस्टर्स हैरान थे इतनी बैरिकेडिंग और पुलीस सिक्योरिटी के बीच पत्थरों से भरा ट्रक यहां पहुँचा कैसे CJP ने इसका वीडियो पोस्ट करके डेली पुलीस से इक्जाक्टली यही पूछा प्रोटेस्टर्स को कहीं शक था कि अगर वायलन्स होता है तो इन पत्थरों का ब्लेम अगर ये पत्थर चल जाते हैं तो उसका ब्लेम उन पे डाल दिया जाएगा पुलीस ने उस वक्त कोई जवाब नहीं दिया And this is where News Laundry stepped in हमारे reporter अवधेश कुमार ने इस ट्रक का registration number निकाला और इसको trace किया और पता चला कि ये कोई एवी, आवारा, लावारिस ट्रक नहीं था ये ट्रक प्रोटेस के चार दिन पहले से डेली पुलीस के कस्टडी में था सो एकजाक्ली हुआ क्या? 16 जुलाय की सुभा 4 बजी इस डंपर ट्रक की एक मारती इको से एकसिडेंट होता है एकसिडन्ट फिरोश्चार रोड और कस्तूरबा गांधी मार की क्रॉसिंग पे हुआ एफायर के मताबिक इको में साथ लोग सवार थे और सभी इंजुर्ट थे तो अब सवाल बिलकुल सिंपल है पुलीस कस्टडी में रखा पत्थरों से भरा ये ट्रक प्रोटेस साइट की इतने पास पहुँचा कैसे अवधेश कुमार ने पालिमन स्ट्रीट पुलीस स्टेशन से यही सवाल पुछा पुलीस स्टेशन एक था लेकिन जवाब तीन मिले एक ओफिसर ने कहा कि 20th जिलाई की सुभाँ ट्रक का वीडियो वाइरल हुआ उसके बाद पुलीस इसे भलस्वा ले गई पत्तर खाली करवाया और ट्रक को वापस ले आई investigating officer ने कहा कि protest की वज़ासे police station में जगा कम थी इसलिए truck को shift किया गया था लेकिन वो Indian Youth Congress के office के बाहर कैसे पहुचा? इसका जवाब उन्होंने नहीं दिया फिर SHO साहब का version आया उनके मताबिक truck को 19 जुलाय को ही खाली करवा दिया गया था उन्होंने कहा कि 20 जुलाय का video जो viral हुआ था वो actually पुराना video था लेकिन कहानी अभी बाकी है 21 जुलाय को यही truck रैजना रोड पे Indian Youth Congress के office के बाहर दिखाई देता है यूथ कॉंगरिस का कहना है कि ट्रक कई दिन तक वहीं खड़ा था बार-बार कम्प्लेंट करने के बाद और पुलीस के साथ बहस करने के बाद 25th जुलाय को इसे टो किया गया और वापस ले जाया गया CGP CGP मारूती क्यों इधर उधर भटक रही थी हमारी रिपोर्ट पबलिश होने के बाद डेली पुलीस ने क्लारिफिकेशन दिया पुलीस का कहना है कि भाई संसद चलो मार्च के लॉ एन ओडर अरेजिमेंस के तहट ट्रक को एक सिक्यॉर लोकेशन पे शिफ्ट किया था प्रोटेस्टर्स को फसाने की कोई कॉंस्परिसी नहीं है तो ऐसे allegations से दूर रहें, baseless rumors से दूर रहें, भैकावे में मत आएं हमारी investigation भी किसी conspiracy को prove करने की कोशिश नहीं कर रही है, ना किसी को भैका रही है लेकिन कुछ facts जरूर establish कर रहे हैं पत्थरों से भरा ट्रक पुलीस कस्टडी में था, वहां से वो प्रोटेस्ट साइट के पास पहुचा, फिर उसे भलस्वा ले जाकर खाली किया गया, और फिर उसके बाद वो IYC के बाहर मिला. There are videos which show that the crowd was indulging in stone pelting. As admitted by the petitioners themselves, there was a truck loaded with stones and bricks at the place of the incident. To get away from the fact that these stones were accumulated by them, they are now saying that they were brought by the police, which cannot be believed prima facie.
